I purchased an item on Stashh but do not have it in my Dashboard. What can I try?

Add a collection

Does the collection card appear on your Dashboard?

• If yes, please proceed to the Reload a collection section below.
• If no, please follow these instructions to add the collection card to your Dashboard:

1. Click Add More near the top right of the page.

2. Search for and select the collection.

3. Create a Permit when prompted, which requires you to approve a zero cost transaction. This gives permission to Stashh to look in your wallet and display what you own on the platform.

Once the transaction is complete, the Stashh page will refresh and show you all the assets that you own from this particular collection.

Reload a collection

If you do not see an item that you own on your Dashboard, please try reloading the collection from the network. Please follow the steps below.

1. Click the collection card on your Dashboard.

2. Click the bouncing Reload button next to the blue key 🔑

The page will refresh and you should see all the assets that you own.

Staking

If you still do not see an owned asset as expected, check to see if it is staked. If your asset is staked on a project’s staking mechanism, it would not appear on Stashh.
