Creating a Meme Drop

Overview

Want to reward loyal memecoin holders? Now anyone can easily create exclusive free-to-mint Claimables only available to those holding a certain coin. Specify the Solana memecoin, set minimum holding requirements, upload your artwork, and go live!

You can even load a prize pool for Legendary Claimable winners from the Drop 🤑 With flexible rarity and reward options, a Meme Drop is a fun and easy way to engage with your holders.

Creating a Meme Drop

1. On the left-side bar of the homepage, go to Create > Meme Drop.

2. Select a Solana coin by searching for the Coin Address (ex.: HJ39rRZ6ys22KdB3USxDgNsL7RKiQmsC3yL8AS3Suuku) or Name (ex.: What's Updog?).
3. Set the minimum holding amount of coins (ex.: 100 coins).
4. Set the minimum holding time (ex.: 1 minute).

5. Upload up to 20 images for the Drop and specify the number of copies for each one. Maximum of 420 copies combined.
1. You will see the breakdown of Rarities on each uploaded image. In this example, one image was uploaded, and there will be 10 copies available with the following rarities: 1 Legendary (5%), 2 Epic (15%), and 7 Common (80%).

6. Decide if you will offer a prize pool for Legendary mints 🤑 If yes, click the checkbox. You will fund the prize pool after you create your Drop on the Drop page.

7. Click Create, wait for the transaction to complete, then Navigate to Drop.

Note If you will offer a prize pool, click the red banner on the Drop to fund it with coins by choosing the amount of coins that each Legendary mint will hold. Please follow the prompts within Phantom wallet. Once all Legendary mints are funded, the Drop will be visible for claiming.

8. Behold! Your Drop is ready to be shared with your community of meme-ers!

Cancelling a Meme Drop

1. On the left-side bar of the homepage, go to Collect > Meme Drops and filter the page by My Creations.

2. Select the Drop to be cancelled to open the Drop page.
3. On the Drop page, click 🚫 Cancel.
1. If the Drop is funded with a Prize Pool, click Cancel Drop. You will then have the option to retrieve any remaining prize pool funds after cancelling.
1. Click Retreive Funds to download the mnemonics of the Solana wallets with funds to retrieve.
2. If the Drop is not funded with a Prize Pool, click Cancel Drop.
